Delivery within Egypt

Ribra Beauty currently ships within Egypt only. Delivery availability depends on your address and courier coverage. International delivery is not available.

Delivery fees and timing

Delivery charges depend on your destination and the shipping option available for your order. Please review the delivery charge and total before confirming your purchase. The estimated delivery timeframe must be confirmed before you place your order; contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

We do not currently publish a fixed nationwide delivery fee or delivery timeframe. For delivery details for your area, please use our Contact us page before placing an order.

Payment and delivery details

Cash on delivery is our only payment method. Pay the total stated in your order confirmation in cash to the courier on delivery. Please provide a complete address and a working mobile number so delivery can be arranged.

Changes, delays or delivery problems

To change your address or cancel before dispatch, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Changes depend on the dispatch status. If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful, contact us so we can check the shipment and agree the next step. This does not limit your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
